EXHIBITOR REGISTRATION 2027

Show what you do and how you do it. With indoor and outdoor exhibitor spaces available — including room for large, heavy, and operating equipment — the Expo offers a unique opportunity to demonstrate your tools, processes, and products to an engaged audience.

This year’s expanded marketing campaign is designed to drive strong attendance and visibility for participating exhibitors. In addition to our established mix of television, radio, print, and grassroots promotion, the Expo is launching a targeted digital advertising campaign that includes streaming TV, social media, and digital audio placements. This multi-channel approach increases reach in the critical weeks leading up to the event and ensures exhibitors are showcased to families, landowners, hobbyists, and outdoor-focused audiences throughout the region.

The New Hampshire Farm, Forest, and Garden Expo is excited to again be at the Deerfield Fairgrounds on Friday, April 30 & Saturday, May 1st. We have 2 buildings and plenty of outdoor space to choose from. WiFi and Electricity are included but must be reserved ahead of time.

This year, all vendors will be in Buildings B & C.

Being an Agriculture/Forestry education based exposition, we give preference to exhibitors who best fit with the Expo’s Farm, Forest and Garden theme. We attract families, small & hobby farms, agriculture enthusiasts and homeowners. Please review the Exhibitor Requirements Section below for specific details. Vendors will be in Buildings B & C. Building A’s focus will be on 4-H, UNH Extension and the NH Department of Agriculture, Markets, and Food programming. You will also find spinning and rug braiding demonstrations.

Food Vendors

Food Vendors $250 + estimated *$250 ($125 per day) Deerfield Fairgrounds Assoc (DFA) fee.

This includes immediate consumables such as ice cream, snacks etc.

SET UP

Set-up: Thursday, April 29, 9am-7pm and Friday, April 30, 6am-9am

Adults $10 | 12 & under FREE

NEW: All Vendors will receive 10 complimentary physical general admission tickets to give away to customers in addition to the 10 will-call staff admissions. We encourage you to be creative with them by holding drawings in-store or on social media.
