Please note that indoor booths have either an outside wall or pipe and drape behind them with NO side dividers. Orders have closed for Tables, chairs and linens, electricity and WiFi. Floor is cement.

 

Outdoor booths are just a plot of land. Bring your own cover.

 

Expo Theme

This year’s theme is Deep Roots – New Horizons. The top booth that incorporates the theme (educational & commercial) will win a free booth for next year, a spiffy ribbon, and bragging rights! If you would like to be sure that the judges stop by your booth email kelly@nhfarmandforestexpo.org.

 

Awards Ceremony

The annual agricultural industry awards and reception will be held on Friday, May 5th from 4-6pm in the main classroom under Building A (Arts & Crafts Building – white). There is no cost to attend, but you must order tickets ahead of time at kelly@nhfarmandforestexpo.org. Awards include the NH Farms of Distinction, The Fred E. Beane Award, The Stephen H. Taylor Agricultural Leadership Award, The Andrew L. Felker Memorial Award.

 

Pets

The Deerfield Fairgrounds does not allow dogs/cats on the grounds. Service dogs only. No comfort pets, please. We do have a couple of approved exceptions for demonstration program dogs.

 

Farm Animals

Rabies vaccinations are required for all animals. Animals from out of state must have a Certificate of Veterinary Inspection. No selling or raffling of animals is allowed. FFGE and DFA assume no responsibility for injuries caused by animals during the fair.

 

Set up

Load-in will be through GATE E with the exception of Food Trucks (Gate C). All Food Trucks will be set up near the flag pole. These gates are on the main entrance road.

 

Set up for all other exhibitors will be on Thursday, May 4, 2023 9am-7pm, and Friday, May 5, 6am-9am. Stop at the Exhibitor Check-In Booth at Gate E when you arrive for set up to get your exhibitor packet and wristband. When your staff arrives, have them stop by the Exhibitor Check-In Window of the Ticket Gate House to pick up their wristbands. We will not be providing name badges.

All vehicles must be off the grounds by Friday morning by 8:30am at the latest. There is plenty of free parking available in the lots.

 

Electricity

Bring extension cords and tape to secure them to the floor! Plugs are intermittent on the wall and ceiling.

 

WiFi

WiFi is for transactions only. We don’t have enough bandwidth for streaming. You will be issued a voucher with an individual login code in your exhibitor packet.

 

Break Down

Please, please, please – to give our late arriving guests the best experience and impression of our expo, we ask that you do not break down your booth until after 4pm on Saturday, May 6th. Vehicles will not be allowed on the grounds until 4pm or when its deemed safe by security.

 

If you ordered tables and chairs from us, you may be asked to help set them up and break them down. They are delivered and picked-up in bulk and not part of a normal conference rental service.

 

Camping

If you are planning to camp and haven’t reserved a space, please email kelly@nhfarmandforestexpo.org. Car camping is considered camping by the fairgrounds.

 

Classrooms & Demonstration Space

Classrooms are located in the bottom of Building A (Arts & Crafts Building) – the entrance is in the rear. Review our workshop schedule on our website. Seats are first-come, first served.

We will have demonstrations going on all over the expo. On Friday afternoon & evening, we do have some indoor demonstration space available if you would like to schedule some time. Reserve by emailing kelly@nhfarmandforestexpo.org.

FARMO Prizes

We are in need of items to give to children for playing the FARMO game. If you have items to donate, please drop off at Exhibitor Check-in.

 

Door Prizes

In addition to the farm stay get-a-way at the Inn at East Hill Farm, we will be having hourly door prize drawings. If you would like to add something to our drawings, please plan to drop it at the Exhibitor Check-in when you arrive.

 

Granite State Ambassadors

We will again have the Granite State Ambassadors on hand to assist our guests and give you 10 minute breaks. Just flag one down if you need help. They cannot do sales while in your booth.

 

Food Trucks

We have 2 food trucks, NH Food Bank and What’s Forkin. Both are offering discounts to exhibitors. We also have a coffee truck, ice cream and fried treats.

 

ATM

We plan to have an ATM in Building A (Arts & Crafts building).
